How to Post a Job Request

How to Make a Booking as a Client

  1. Visit ServiceMate Website and Login:

    • Go to the ServiceMate website.
    • Log in to your account.
  2. Search for a Service Provider:

  3. Review Service Provider Profiles:

    • Click on the service provider's profile to learn more about their expertise.

  5. Choose Date and Time:

  6. Confirm Your Booking:

    • Confirm your booking, and it will be sent to the service provider.

  8. Payment Process:

    • The service provider will send an invoice to you. Alternatively, you can directly book the service once you both agree on all the requirements.
  9. Invoice Confirmation:

    • After receiving the invoice, you can confirm the booking by selecting the date and time.
  10. Service Delivery:

    • The service provider will provide the requested service and send you a note regarding the completion.
  11. Client's Decision:

Select Category:

  • Choose the relevant category for your services.
  • Select the sub-category, if applicable.

Service Name:

  • Specify the name of your service.
  • Choose your preferred currency (e.g., PKR, USD).

  • Provide a brief service description (between 20 to 100 characters).
  • Upload an image related to your service.

Completing Your Service Provider Profile Information:

Basic Info:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Add your date of birth.
  • Choose your gender.
  • Input your contact details, including your email address.
  • Include your address.
  • Write an introduction about yourself.

Profile Video (optional)

Payment Methods:

  • Select the payment methods you accept (e.g., M-Pesa, Cash, Bank Account, PayPal).

Social Media Links:

  • Include links to your social media profiles, such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and your personal website.
  • By default, these will be locked, and you need to unlock them using credits if you want to display your social media on your profile to increase the credibility of your profile on ServiceMate.

Team Members:

  • If you have team members, provide their names, roles/job titles, expertise, and images.

Identity Proof:

  • Specify your ID issuing country and provide your ID number.
  • Attach an image of your ID document.

Certificate:

  • Add details about your certificate, including the institute's name, registration number, and a description.
